I learned that if the denominator in the shutter speed is higher then the photograph comes out sharper. When the shutter speed is low then the photograph has motion blur. When the photograph has a lower shutter speed the subject appears to be lighter compared to higher shutter speeds. The light filtered in different shutter speeds is quite different.
